    Dear Geagan family,

    On some sunny spring days I expect you to be outside on the swing, selling lemonade, digging the garden or carefully riding a two-wheeler by the sidewalk, BUT you are not! You are having an adventure on the sea.

    Today in Wayne is grey, but sort-of warm, like long sleeves. The Dogwood trees are very beautiful with pink and white flowers. With some rain, the flowers will drop and green leaves will replace them. The tree in our front yard needed to be trimmed. So, two men used ropes to climb the tree and saw some branches. Sometimes they stood on the ground and used giant clippers at the end of a very long pole. With the clippers they snipped some thinner branches. At the moment, Mr. deLong is cutting the grass.

    I am reading about your castle visiting – and I remember seeing European castles. They were large; often damp and chilly. The stories of the castles were always wonderful.
